Masterplan Cipro

The nature of the site and climatic conditions have led to the design of a complex that adapts to topology and landscape, while maintaining its clear visibility. Low, horizontal buildings, properly oriented and inserted into the landscape are in harmony with environmental strategies aimed at maximum use of natural resources to reduce energy consumption. A system of modular roofs with different degrees of transparency depending on the nature of the spaces, towers to capture the wind, and a system of air diffusion and circulation in the building, are the architectural elements employed to achieve these goals.
