Redevelopment of the "Hospice" zone in Reggio Emilia

The project encompasses redevelopment of the "Hospice" zone adjacent to the city and considered to be strategically linked to the new University center. The design solution proposed by MCA, following a participatory process with local residents, provides for the residential space concentrated in a tower, at the base of which will emerge a public park, space for to sporting activities and, secondarily, commercial services. A library and a large public square are also planned.
