Creation offices and laboratories for Navacchio Technology Center

The intervention includes the construction of 5000 m2 of offices and laboratories ensuring, through a simple and modular structural logic, extremely efficient use of space and available resources. The project is divided into three blocks arranged along two parallel axes (slightly rotated with respect to the axis east-west) that define and enhance the space of the piazza, providing a rational orientation for workspaces. The project is intended, in particular, to highlight the concept of integration and synergy between design choices and features of the local context, and to limit consumption and environmental impact.
