Architect/Engineer Tender Specialist based in Milan

Education

‍

• Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Profession licensing and VAT number for a freelance contract.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of tenders and competitions.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian; knowledge of other languages will be an added value.

Skills

• Experience in public tenders and competitions.
• Knowledge of Codice Appalti Dlgs 36/2023.
• Knowledge of Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of principal design software (Autocad, Rhino, Revit).
• Independent task management accorded to delivery schedules.
• Teamwork skills and team support if needed.

Studio

The studio based in Bologna and Milan, is composed of an international team of more than one hundred architects, engineers, graphic designers, model makers and researchers. Founded in 1992 in Paris and then in 1999 in Bologna, the studio has a solid experience in design architecture that integrates environmental and energy strategies making use of an internal R&D department which carries out research on sustainability issues following a holistic approach.

All projects focus on technological integration with environmental and climate strategies to create buildings that can reduce their environmental impact in view of the UN 2030 and European 2050 objectives. Therefore, the practice of the office aims to contribute to climate change mitigation and at the same time to a positive social evolution through increased public participation and sharing in urban transformation processes.
