The nature of the site and the climatic conditions led to the design of a complex that adapts to the topology and landscape, while maintaining its clear visibility.
Low, horizontal buildings, correctly oriented and set amid greenery, are in harmony with environmental strategies that aim to maximize the use of natural resources in order to reduce energy consumption. A modular roofing system with varying degrees of transparency depending on the nature of the spaces to be covered and wind capture towers, together with a system for diffusing and circulating air in the building, are the architectural elements used to achieve this goal.
