Low, horizontal buildings, correctly oriented and set amid greenery, are in harmony with environmental strategies that aim to maximize the use of natural resources in order to reduce energy consumption. A modular roofing system with varying degrees of transparency depending on the nature of the spaces to be covered and wind capture towers, together with a system for diffusing and circulating air in the building, are the architectural elements used to achieve this goal.

La natura del sito e le condizioni climatiche hanno portato alla progettazione di un complesso che si adatta alla topologia e al paesaggio, mantenendo al contempo una sua chiara visibilità.

Edifici orizzontali e bassi, orientati correttamente ed inseriti nel verde, sono in sintonia con le strategie ambientali che mirano al massimo sfruttamento delle risorse naturali al fine di ridurre i consumi energetici. Un sistema di copertura modulare con diversi gradi di trasparenza a seconda della natura degli spazi da coprire e torri di captazione del vento, insieme ad un sistema di diffusione e circolazione dell’aria nell’edificio, sono gli elementi architettonici utilizzati per raggiungere tale scopo.
