The project proposes the construction of a large public and pedestrianized space flanked by large blocks.
This green pedestrian canyon represents the social space and will house the related functions of public interest, overlooked by the residences.
The low buildings that act as service centers also support a large linear roof garden, on which rest the central towers which will contain offices and residences.
